Conservative Party Conference 2018: School standards matter; is the system safe in head teachers’ hands?

Speakers at this event include the Rt Hon. Damian Hinds MP (Secretary of State for Education), Nick Brook (NAHT), Professor Dame Alison Peacock (Chartered College of Teaching), Rachel Wolf (Public First), Mark Lehain (New Schools Network), and Ros McMullen (Midland Academies Trust). The panel will be chaired by Ed Dorrell (Tes) and there will be a welcome from Paul Whiteman (NAHT). 

This event will be held in the Secure Zone. It is an open fringe event but a conference pass will be required to access the venue.
