Geoff Barton

Geoff Barton had a teaching career spanning 32 years, including 15 years as the Headteacher of a large comprehensive school. He subsequently served as General Secretary of the Association of School & College Leaders (ASCL), representing 25,000 senior education leaders across the UK. Recently Geoff has chaired the Commission on Oracy Education and the IPPR Inclusion Taskforce. He is a trustee of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
