Adam is Associate Director for Partnerships and Events at the Education Policy Institute. He joined EPI in October 2025, having previously worked in marketing communications roles for over 20 years, across both the public and private sectors.
Adam holds an MA in Social Science Research (with Distinction) as well as an MA in Industrial Relations (with Distinction), both from the University of Warwick – both MAs were funded by the ESRC. In addition, Adam has a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies (with First Class Honours) from the University of Leeds.
He is currently undertaking a PhD focused on educational inequality, specifically post-16 educational decision-making for disadvantaged students (at the University of Warwick).
