Julie McCulloch

Julie McCulloch is EPI’s Chief Executive, joining in May 2026. After an early career in educational publishing, Julie has spent the last fifteen years in a number of senior roles in education policy, including as Director of UK Policy and Thought Leadership at Pearson, and Senior Director of Strategy, Policy and Professional Development at the Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL). Julie is a trustee of the Teaching Awards Trust and a member of Pearson’s Qualifications Committee.
