Before joining EPI, Bobbie was part of the Research and Evaluation team at Ambition School Leadership, leading on the impact evaluation of the charity’s school leadership development programmes.
Whilst at Ambition, Bobbie was also involved in a number of collaborative research projects. These covered a variety of education policy issues including headteacher retention (in collaboration with NFER), school improvement in the North of England (in collaboration with Northern Powerhouse Partnership) and educational isolation (in collaboration with Professor Tanya Ovenden-Hope and Dr Rowena Passy).
Bobbie has previously interned as a parliamentary assistant in Westminster. She was educated at Heaton Manor secondary school in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, before completing an undergraduate degree at University College London. Following this, she graduated with Distinction in MSc Migration Studies at Oxford University in 2015.
